4. Using suggestions within MS Word

There are two types of suggestions within Amplifi

Content Governance Suggestions
The content governance suggestions are designed to guide you towards the most efficient way to get your document 'compliant' with your internal writing guide.

The governance suggestions shown in the plugin are driven by the targets and terms which have been set within the content governance settings. The plugin will always default to the content governance suggestions as a start point.

Intelligibility Suggestions
The intelligibility suggestions are designed to give you as much information as possible about what is causing the complexity in your document. The suggestions are driven by the Amplifi intelligibility score, so they highlight everything which is having a negative impact on intelligibility.

To improve your document level intelligibility score, try and resolve as many of the suggestions as possible.
