We use state-of-the-art ML techniques with proprietary datasets to provide drafters with intelligibility risk scores and then a clear guide route to simplifying their documents. We have uniquely trained our models on a vast quantity of legal and regulated texts.
Our in-house models provide targeted suggestions to drafters, showing them exactly what changes need to be made to improve the intelligibility of their documents, including for different cohorts of readers. We also have created proprietary models with multiple Generative AI (LLM) solutions, allowing us to provide single-click simplifications that align with our own intelligibility metrics. Providing objective intelligibility scoring and in-document collaboration and review tools provides effective content governance and re-engineers existing content workflows to ensure outputs are compliant.

The Amplifi platform is made up of three main components.
1. Intelligibility assessment tools
Quickly upload and assess thousands of consumer communications for intelligibility. The Amplifi Intelligibility Score is our proprietary score that combines a wide range of intelligibility metrics. The score takes into consideration what words actually mean and considers how difficult those concepts are to understand. This creates a true assessment of a document’s intelligibility risk.

3. Reporting & risk management tools
